JACK Icon Cleaning Instructions
Rinse dirt and debris off of lenses under cool, clean running water to remove any abrasives that may be on them. Then, gently wipe lens clean with a soft, clean cotton cloth or microfiber cloth. For the best care, store JACK Icons in the protective sleeve or case provided.
RETURNS/ REFUNDS
Due to the exclusive nature of the JACK Icons, we do not accept returns or issue refunds. If any merchandise is defective, incorrect, or delayed in shipping, please contact us using the contact function on this site with a full account of your issue or concern.

For stockists failing to pay balances within 4 months of their initial order, a stocking fee of 10% will be applied to your balance due to be paid at time of payment as it appears on your invoice. Additionally, a claim will be filed via PayPal to collect the balance.
CUSTOMS
Custom orders generally take anywhere from 2 weeks to 2 months depending upon the item itself or number of items. Please allow a window of 1-2 months for custom orders as problems do occur. All of the JACK Icons (especially the HARDCORE DIGITAL, the OVERDOSE JACK Icon, the HONEY BLOOD DIGITAL, and the PORNO Anime) are handmade, customized items, as they feature unique lenses which are made by hand only when ordered and will be made to either a male or female nose-to-ear ratio size based on your request. If no male or female sizing is selected, then item will be customized to the buyer's gender. Please note, these specific glasses feature optical lenses and are made to size men and women differently. A custom lens and frame sizing upon ordering will cause these orders to take longer than normal to perfect. If you are a customer currently residing on a military base, please refer to your military postal service processing rules as delays in receiving packages have occurred due to their unique shipping and processing practices.
